WOW that sucks. I wonder if you can take off the shell and cut the glue with a razor knife. That is what i did with a boxcar that i bought and it was like that.

My favorites are the Broadway,which I rode under Amtrak in 1978,and the Congressional.

Eric, the glue is so thinly appied that it would probably even remove the paint.
Espeefoamer, The congresional is also a great train, I belive the congressional's cars were the PRR's only extruded Aluminum cars.

Actually alex the L & I runs on the former PRR line from Louisville,KY to Indianapolis,IN What was the name of the Interurban line that ran beside the L&I ? Many thanks in advance! Wes
