LeNature's CEO's model trains, bought for $1M, on block By Joe Napsha TRIBUNE-REVIEW Tuesday, July 24, 2007 Model train lovers could soon be able to buy a piece of a $1 million, 8,000-piece collection amassed by former CEO Gregory Podlucky before he ran LeNature's Inc. off the tracks and into bankruptcy. Podlucky's massive Lionel train collection is scheduled to be sold in an Aug. 21 bankruptcy court auction, according to papers filed Monday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Pittsburgh. The auction is part of the court proceedings against the former Latrobe bottler of tea and flavored drinks, which filed for bankruptcy in November. "It's a really big collection" of modern trains that Podlucky amassed over the past decade, said Scott Griggs, president of Trainz.com, of Buford, Ga., which has an agreement with LeNature's court-appointed trustee, R. Todd Nielson, to buy the collection for $575,000. If his firm is the successful bidder, the model trains would be sold via the Internet beginning in September, Griggs said. I wonder if he put the expensises under "Transportation"
